The ability to rest easy, to surrender into sleep is a crucial aspect contributing to emotional, psychological & physical wellbeing. When we are unable to sleep, sometimes the outcome is burnout. We need sleep. Its a free brain upgrade we can access every night, one that activates & restores essential brain functions, like memory, & creativity.

This workshop is a cutting edge fusion of neuroscience, breath, mindfulness, yoga nidra & includes strategies & resources to create routines & rituals for sleeping.

We will also discuss nutrition, beds, environment & sleeping partners …
