This five week practice follows on from “A Workshop for Anxious times, - the overview”

Each module contains, neuroscience knowledge, experiential practice & play as well as body based practices. We believe that if you know what’s happening in your body, you can then find the appropriate solution for dissolving stress, anxiety & become internally resilient. You will learn which Calm Body • Calm Mind “prescription” to use according to what is happening in body & mind.

Each module is interactive, and shows a pathway towards managing yourself yourself through tough times & beyond. We are jokingly calling this “A Handbook for Being Human”

Imagine two hours of deep, supported restorative rest. The kind of relax that melts your bones & liquifies your mind into no-thingness, your brain waves ebbing & flowing. Your body weight is supported by bolsters, straps, blankets & blocks, your eyes cushioned with a soft eye pillow.

Your senses withdraw and gradually your muscles soften & release, allowing gravity to call them to rest.
